Not able to find market email designer

Hi,

I can't find market email designer in marketing module. I am using Dynamics CRM version 9.0. Please confirm whether this built in functionality or any third party application. Kindly let me know how to enable this product or how to get access on this.

Hello,

You have to click on "Dynamics 365" top left button qnd select the Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing application.

If you don't see it, you have to deploy it from the Dynamics admin Center. Go to solutions et add the Dynamics for Marketing app to your CRM.
