Integrate dynamics 365 with a HTML form

Hello Community Experts,

There is a requirement where i need to create an HTML form which accepts leads basic  information in the text fields and on click of submission button it should store the data present in the  form in the CRM.

I tried convincing other ways such as power app portals and WordPress plugin

But unfortunately they are stick to these requirements

I'm not able to find solution to it

Kindly guide me

    Create a simple HTML page and add it as a web resource to Dynamics 365. Be sure to select HTML Page as the type and upload the HTML page using the Browse button.

    Next, navigate to the Contact form and add a new web resource from the Insert tab.

    Refresh your Account form and the HTML page will appear on the page.

    You can also use Power Automate (flow) which accepts an HTTP trigger to fetch data and creates a record in CRM.

    Once you create HTTP trigger-based flow, you can call URL from the JavaScript script from the HTML page.
