I just installed the Nonprofit Accelerator for Dynamics 365. I did so by creating a new environment in Power Platform. I then installed Dynamics 365 Sales in the new environment. I then installed the Nonprofit Accelerator on the same environment.
Once everything was installed, I opened the nonprofit accelerator and tried creating a contact record. When I clicked "save" I got the error:
The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted.
An unexpected error occurred from ISV code.
I'm new to all of this, but it seems like there is a disconnect between the app and the database necessary for the app to save information. Is that accurate?
I was having the same problem earlier in the day with a different app too. So it's not specific to the Nonprofit Accelerator app.
No matter what the problem is, any ideas on how to rectify?
