The report we have will work if the customer has been using purchase orders to receive goods. Otherwise, there is no other way than to restore a data base backup from the date in question. Jean
You can contact either Jean or myself and we'll help you with this. let us know if our customer has been using Purchase Orders.

We have a "Back In Time" report that will generate the actual inventory counts on a particular day. Since RMS does not store historical inventory counts, you need a report that will calculate the count on that day. The suggestion by Marc Cotton is really the best way to capture and save inventory counts for reporting purposes but until you implement a solution such as that you can use this "Back In Time" report. We put a trigger into a customer's database that accumulates inventory snapshots on a defined schedule. That was the only way we could lookback. I'd like to know of other options if they exist.
