I am using Crystal reports.
I want to create a report of Phone calls and Appointments completed (within a date range) and Open.
Grouped by Sales person.
I am assuming to use Filtered Account, Filtered Phone and Filtered Activity tables.
Should I use the account table as the primary table useing Owner ID?
Are there other tables I shoud consider?
Should I do a seperate report for open and closed items?
Any advice to get started will be appriciated.
I have found this forum to be a big help.
