Run report & email as an attachment - Best approach

Hi, I have a need to create a workflow that runs a Report & emails as an attachment. I've noticed various posts & resources but was wondering with the advent of 2016 version of Dynamics CRM (I'm using online version) as well as 2016 version of workflow tools, is there any updated or better approach?

    Hi,

    In case of online you can use client side method to execute report and attach to your email (you should be able to get sample code if you will search), also as per my understanding Workflow tools does not contain any step to attach report, but there is one step to get attachment from entity.
