I managed MDBS 6.5 sp3 in just created a new database after several issues i was able to overcome, but now am having issue oof out of balance in GL anytime i create a batch i have the batch is out of balance, did you want to edit, pls can anybody suggest a solution fo me. thanks

Before you can release a batch in the GL screen your debit total, credit total and batch control total must all agree. The Debit and Credit totals are calculated automatically as you enter journal entry lines in the grid. You must enter the batch control total in the control field as a double check over the journal entry totals.
