Hello Team,

Earlier, 2 months back I was able to create the trial instance but now I am able to create the CRM trial instance. But now when I create the new CRM trial, I dont see the login app to launch the dynamic crm for Dynamic 365.

Any help or guidance if you have faced the similar issue and resolved is highly appreciated.

Hi James,

You have multiple ways to access your instance.

Via portal.office.com

Navigate to https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/homepage

Click Admin Centers > Dynamics 365.

Then in Dynamics 365 Admin Center you can open your instance

Via home.dynamics.com

Navigate to https://home.dynamics.com/

Once logged in you'll see the multiple tiles. You can click on Dynamics 365 - custom tile, to see the full set of features.

Hi James,

There are lot of questions now arising about this CRM trial. I hope the following link helps you to solve you issue.

You should go to Admin Centers --> Dynamics 365 and configure your trial there. After that you can open your trial there itself or by entering the URL in browser.
