Microsoft database update Error on client machine

I have create one Test company in GP but on the clients the end user unable to login for that company , giving error update Microsoft database on client machine , i am able to login on server with ther username and password on that company but with ther respective machine not able to login giving erro update database .any idea plz or steps to update client machine

I have a thought regarding this case , to things need to be checked?
Are you sure the Dynamics GP on the client having the same service pack as the server ?
If yes you need to check the second option which is both the server and the client machine have the same installed modules.
Because option 1 and 2 will cause to upgrade the data base.
