How do I go about filing a complaint against a Microsoft Partner? We have been getting some information from a GP partner that is not matching up with information from Microsoft. This is stuff like licensing, costs and requirements information that are just flat out lies. This is the second time I have encountered this partner and had these same issues. Who at Microsoft handles this type of problem. Frankly this has made our company want to pull all Microsoft products out because this partner is making claims that they are the only source for Microsoft support for these products.
