CRM Stuck at Loading Business Logic screen

Hello Team,
 
When we try to open page in CRM via chrome , it is getting stuck on page "Loading Business Logic screen".
 
IT happens when we do left click to open the page. Where as when we do Right click open in new window it works .
 
Please can you help us with the fix.
