Created email via Workflow: Why is Status Reason becomes Received from Draft?

Hi Experts,

We have a workflow that has "Create Email" step and is triggered on create or update of Case record. Our expectation is that the Status Reason of the created email should stay to Draft since it just got created but afterwards the Status Reason becomes Received. Our issue is once it become Received, the email losses its format.

Status Reason: DRAFT

    I found the issue. We have a Microsoft flow that translate the description of created email to English. It removes the HTML format of the description for it to be able to translate it to English.
