Hi,
I try to export data from my CRM online environment to another (online also)First, i try to create schema with my credentials, but nothing happened.Any idea please.

Are you using the correct or latest version of the Configuration Migration tool? docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget
I had an issue recently connecting version 8 SDK tools to a version 9 online instance because Microsoft changed the connection mechanisms. Basically that connection dialog would process but no error or connection would display when it finished. When I got the latest version 9 of the SDK tools it correctly connected
Please have a look my below article. Perhaps, it might related to latest security updates in CRM.
