Customize the Opportunity Close form

Hi everyone,
 
I'm trying to customize Opportunity Close form and I found this on Microsoft learn Channel Customize the Opportunity Close form in Dynamics 365 Sales | Microsoft Learn
I did everything listed in this web page but my form doesn't change.
It appears like default version.
 
Can anyone help me?
