I have the next problem.

In Opportunity form I wrote a script file. When I tried to open the form from the Opportunity grid, it was not possible. I removed the code and everything else, published the form and I tried again to run. But it was impossible again. Do you know what to do?

Did you removed the js fiction from the Oform Onload event.if not pls try to remove and open the form
