The Screen Layout in MPOS is missing the card payment details

I'm working on D365FO v25 on-prem, after all setup is done There is a problem that is only seen on sand-box, the screen layout for card payment(such as visa or master card) is missing the details for the payment such as card number, expiration date, secret number and so on)

Can you please check if the operation name in the payment methods screen and button property(of payment method) in button grids is set to Pay Card.

that is the same issue with me, but when I turn off the hardware station The Screen Layout in MPOS for card payment details is Appearance, this is not the full solution but it works for me

Hi Ahmed,

Layout depends on

1. If you have hardware station connected or not

2. If you allowed manual card number entry

I reviewed the setup :

With regard to the hardware station, it is connected

and allowed manual card number entry is enabled but the same issue is still pending

Note: when I turn off the hardware station The Screen Layout in MPOS for card payment details is Appearance
