How to customize the Redeem Invitation functionality to add additional checkbox

Hi All,

I want to understand the possibility of adding a additional check box on the Redeem Invitation Page in Microsoft CRM Portals (Customer Self Service Portal). The requirement is to add additional checkbox on the Redeem Invitation Page. I am attaching screenshot of the Page along with this question for you to better understand. Please do let me know!!

    Do they work on those pages, and just not on the terms and conditions page?  Can you post the HTML markup for the broken images?

    Hi Nick,

    Those images are already by default appearing on the Login page i.e. the other page through which we login through O365 credentials.

    Hi Dhawal,

    I'm not sure why those images would not be loading.  That page should be using the standard header and footer that the rest of the portal uses.  What is the URL for those images?  Are the URL relative instead of absolute?

    Hi Nicholas,

    Sure I have attached a screenshot for the same!!

    However, the images are header images and since the Terms and Conditions page is configured through Content Snippet and its not a web page how can I add those images on this Page?

    Additionally I also tried to hide the images but was unable to do that through JS, I tried adding it in the corresponding Content Snippets. Can you help me with this?

    Can you provide a screenshot?  I'm not sure which image you're referring to.

    Hi Nicholas, Hope you are doing good can you please help me out with one more thing. I am not able to edit the Image present in the header of the page the Account/Login/TermsAndConditions, I tried adding content snippet to hide the image it not working rather its not accepting the JavaScript I written. I even tried using the HTML to write the JS but still not working. Can you help here how can I customize the header in this Out of the Box page?

    Hi Dhawal,

    Yes, these settings should work on any of the portals, regardless of the authentication type.  Can you share the name and value of the Content Snippets and Site Settings so that I can verify you've got everything needed?

    That's great thanks for the response Nicholas!!! However, I had few ore questions on this.

    1) Can these settings be enabled on Customer Self Service Portal? I already enabled but the Terms and condition page doesn't show up.

    2) I am currently using outlook 365 authentication - meaning the user is registered with the company's outlook 365, is this causing problem?

    I have applied the both site settings and content snippet settings still the terms and condition page doesn't appear.

    Can you please help me with this.
