Hello,
Was this screenshot taken when working in Dynamics 365 Business Central? It does look like Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement?
Thanks.
It is important to note that importing a csv or txt file does not import the Concatenate function. This will need to be added when you upload the file, and this video explains how: www.exceltrick.com/.../
The main reason an individual would want to concatenate two columns in an Excel sheet for later use is if they needed data from the first column next to the corresponding data from another column—i.e., one column as details of an event, and then on another line, other details associated with each entry in column 1 (addresses, names).
