Can't try the service as import process breaks user names.
I've got this, but not Russian characters.

Well my thought was only, that if the import file wasn't UTF8 encoded, the import could have issues creating the user names with correct user names with special characters.
I had similar issues when working with xml files and powershell.
We have an identical problem with Spanish names containing any character that has an accent from Dynamics CRM Online.
English is currently the only supported language for the FantasySalesTeam Preview. I apologize that you're having these issues. At this time, the only solution would be to adjust the names in CRM using English characters. That being said, I will notify our developers and see if they have a way to fix this in a future patch.
Hi Adam, came across this forum topic. We have the similar issue where emails from Outlook in Chinese characters turned to strange characters in CRM after we synchronize it. Have Microsoft released the fixing? if yes, what version is it for CRM Outlook 2015? Thank you!
