Unable to Download GP 2018?

Hello,

Is something wrong with the download server? I am trying to download the main product installation files for GP 2018 R2 from https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/northamerica/GP/downloads/product-releases/MDGP2018_Release_Download and once I click the download for the English version, I just get a page saying the URL is unreachable. I've tried two computers and multiple browsers (including IE of course) to no avail.

Is there an alternative URL to download the files from?

    Eric, I just followed you URL posted above and when I click on the link to CustomerSource on this page I am directed to the GP2018 Download page, scrolling down I located the R2 DVD download link and when I click on this link it launches the Microsoft Download engine and the download runs correctly.

    Sorry, was hoping it would fail for me and then we could compare notes.  Not sure if this helps, but post back when you try again.

    One think to point out, is when you first logged into Customer Source, if it asked you to link your account with your Organizational account, skip this.

    When you link them, for some reason you lose the ability to download files.

    Kerry - that was it. I did go through the linking process when I first logged in. Thankfully, I have another login for my company I was able to use and am currently downloading the software.
