I recently deployed solution A on production. My client ask me for some changes. Now what can I do to deploy these changes to production. May I create new solution with different version number and same name?

You do not have to create a separate solution, you could create a patch solution to do the updates. Please see the link below

    Hi Abdul,

In addition to above answers -

Did you deployed managed solution in your production environment ?

If yes , then I believe you should have same unmanaged solution in your DEV environment , if yes you can do your changes there in your DEV environment and export same solution and import back to production. This is what you can do if you dont want to create new solution or patches.
