Budget Upload - Not Priviledged

Trying to upload a 2019 budget into GP. Have exported the latest template, confirmed all coding is correct but after it runs the upload I get an error message saying not priviledged to run report. Any solutions?

can you confirm whether the budget was uploaded ??

It could just be the report that was not printing

The actual answer is that the security task CARD_0103* needs to have

Product: Excel-Based Budgeting, Type: Reports, Series: Financial - operation called "Budget Import Exception Report" added. Apparently this report came about later and was not added to that existing security task.

I know this is old; just adding info so others don't get frustrated like I did when reading this searching for the fix.
