Not that it helps too much, but the job type is "Outgoing Activity". Hoping to help you chip away at this.

Thank you for using the Dynamics Communities. Normally this error is associated with the Outgoing Email Profile setup for either Server Side Sync or Email Router. Use docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email to review your Outgoing Email Router settings. Also review docs.microsoft.com/.../supported-email-service-configurations-server-side-synchronization to make sure that you are using a supported configuration.
