    Hi,

You can use actual end date to filer records to get completed on specific day. You can have custom code or workflow to populate this field when phone call is completed and then can view list of completed calls based on this field.

You can review similar thread for suggestions to implement this.

    Hope it will help you.

    Thanks

The link you have attached doesn't quite fit to what i want. Litrally all i am looking for is that at the end of the day there is a list of people who i have called .

    Hi Ali

What you can do is create a view for all calls that have been completed today

    Hi,

If you make a personal Dashboard you can add this view directly into it

If this resolves your issue please mark as verified so others can use this solution

This what I suggested, you can use actual end date, you can have view with this filter criteria and while designing your dashboard you can select your view in view web part under dashboard, but as these will be personal view it can't be viewed by other use unless you will share it.

    Thanks

Would you be able to show me how to do this through screen shots please?

    Hi,

I can't screencap it at the moment but follow these steps

    1) Sales>Dashboards

    2) Create New

    3) Add List

    4) Select the name of the View you have created

    5) Save/Publish

I have done that previously but it doesn't give you the option to do an end dateor begining date
