Hi,
I would like to understand the use of senton datetime field on custom activity entity.
can we set the field explicitly or it will be set on some external action?

Hi,
On create of a custom activity entity few of the fields like CC, BCC, To etc. gets created along with the Date Sent(i.e. senton) field. Now in the OOB Email entity as well you get this senton field in which the date gets captured when the Status of the email gets set to “Completed” and the Status Reason to “Sent”, but neither do you get this OOB functionality nor the Status Reason “Sent” in the custom activity entity even after the Date Sent(i.e. senton) field being available OOB. However, if you wish to accomplish similar behavior for the custom activity entity as well, you can very much add a custom status reason named “Sent” and create an OOB workflow to trigger on change of the status reason field and when the value of the status reason is “Sent” then capture the execution time in the senton field.
