Bulk delete Address1,Address2,Address3

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help on the below.

In Dynamics365 there are over 50k+ contacts and each contact may have Address1, Address2, Address3. Some may have just Address 1 or Address 2 or maybe no address.

I am trying to find a way out to delete all Addresses wherever exist against a contact..

What is the most efficient way to do that?

    Hi gujjar,

    You can create an on-demand workflow to bulk clear fields:

    Bulk Clear field values in D365 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community

    But it can only apply to records on the current Records displaying in the CRM View. You can use personal options to increase this to a maximum of 250 records but that is still a relatively low number.

    So you can combine it with Bulk Workflow Execution tool of  XrmToolBox:
