Fixed Assets GP 2013 is registered, but does not show up (In cards, setup functions, etc.)

Cannot add a fixed asset (No card option exists)

Cannot not setup Fixed Asset calendar or other functionality.

Why?

Thanks.

    Hi,

How can I do that? I mean how do I grant access to FA windows?

    Mike

Can you see the Fixed Assets windows with an "SA" or "DYNSA" user on Dynamics GP ?

If you can, then you need to proceed now with granting the access on the Fixed Asset windows for the selected users which currently can't see the FA windows.

Apparently, the fixed asset module is not installed in your machine. Go to Control Panel, and click on Microsoft Dynamics GP. On the "Add Remove Features".

Make sure to have the Fixed Assets module installed, after installation, you need to run Dynamics GP utilities. See the screen shot below:

Let us know if that was not the case,

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,
