    Hi,

Please check if any web resource (or plugin or workflow) is working  on save event of form which is causing creation of new record.

    Hope this helps:)

Actually this one impossible because of when you click button save for the first time, it will be on "Create" message. The second time will be on "Update" message which is not making your data double.

Please check your customization. Also you can try to enable duplicate detection rule to prevent user to create same data. But you need to check what are your customization.

    Hello Napi,

Could you please check following -

     1. Go to Settings --> Customization --> Customize the System --> SDK Message processing Step --> Check is there any plugin step associated with your entity . Deactivated one by one step associated with the entity and check. This is because you may know which step actually making the issue.

     2. Go to Form designer of particular form you are creating the record -->Form properties --> Go to OnSave and OnLoad event. Try to disable one by one function and check. You can check simultaneously to know which function  are basically triggering.

    3. Enable trace log in your plugin may be your plugin is calling twice in that case you need to check depth of context properties.

I hope above are sufficient step to find out the root cause.

    Good Luck.
