Can you add an UsageCategory to a Page Extension?

Hello

On a not Custom Page there is no Usage Category in it. So I can not search in BC for this Page.

Is it possible to add a UsageCatagory to a Page Extension so I can find it in the client?

I found the property, AdditionalSearchTerms but its not working.

    You don't need usage category on page extension. The property is only valid for Pages and Reports.

    But make sure fields that you added using page extension have ApplicationArea set.

    With ApplicationArea set to All the fields will be available in modern client.

    No. You can't change or add Usage Category to the original page using Page Extension.

    What you can do is to create a new page by duplicating that page, and add the Usage Category to the new page.

    Hi, The property 'UsageCategory' cannnot be customized, so you can't change this property via page extension.

    But I think you can add a new action on the Role Center to open the page you need.
