UseOptimizedFiltering=False not working for some employees

When some of the users run an integration, the integration is sorted into a different order than the input file.

We have changed the UseOptimizedFiltering=False on all workstations in both the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.ini and Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.IMRun.ini files. there are no sorts in any of the sources.

The sort changes regardless of whether the user integrates from within GP or directly in Integration Manager. The integrations are in a shared location. We are stumped as to why some workstations do not.

One thing I did notice is that the user whose workstation works has his GP install in the (x86) program file while one of the users whose sort is incorrect has it in the regular Programs folder.

Thanks!
