Depreciation Rounding fix needed

Is there a way to make the penny depreciation entries that cause error in my JE go away?  Likely caused by initial rapid start upload with decimals.

When I run the depreciation calc, I get the pennies below which then cause the JE not to post.  I have to delete the lines each time.  Is there an entry I can do to make these go away or are these related to rounding/number of decimals that were loaded?

I am new to NAV, so explicit step by step instructions if you could please with screen shots.

What kind of error do you get?

Can you share screenshots of one of the Fixed Assests (including the FA Depreciaiton Book [definition how to depreciate this FA]), with all its Fixen Asset Ledger Entries?

In any case ... I suggest you raise a support request via your CSP (Cloud Solution Partner)

    Hello,

I did talk with our Fixed Assets expert and he did mention that the earlier provided answer should resolve the issue. Therefore, he kindly asked me to ask you to raise a support request with Microsoft support via your CSP so that we can have a look at this issue.

    Thanks.

It already is checked.  So unfortunately that isn't it.

    Hi,

Just go to Depreciation Books under Financial Management/ Fixed Asset/ Setup.

Then check Use Rounding in Periodic Depr.

When this check box is selected, the program rounds depreciations to whole numbers.
