Hi all,

some how the Icon text on the Form Card shows the "Case Tilte" field. 

I would like to insert the "Owner" field.

 How can this be changed?

    These icons reflect the primary field (generally the name) of the entity, or the primary image of that entity when there is one.
    I would suggest to create an idea to allow to customize that behavior: https://aka.ms/PAIdeas
