CRM 2013 SP1 - Mobile App Doesn't Work

Greetings,

I'm running CRM 2013 on Server 2012 with ADFS installed. I've configured CRM for IFD and web browsing from outside my network (on PC and mobile phones) works great. I can't seem to get the MS Dynamics CRM mobile app to work though.

I've checked that several entities have CRM for Mobile and CRM for tablet enabled, and the Roles I belong to are set to "Organization" for the tablet option.

I've tried the mobile applications on my Windows Phone 8.1 device, and a co-workers iPhone. My application just kicks out an "Oops" message, and my co-worker just gets a white page with a "Dynamics CRM" banner.

Searching the forums and internet about this brings up a ton of information about configuring this on Server 2012 R2, but not much on Server 2012.

Any ideas?

    Hi BColt,

    I recommend you check out the following links which explain the error message that you got once you have installed the App of CRM ONLINE 2013 into your Windows Phone 8.1:
