business central outlook add-in error

Hey 
I am trying to use the BC(cloud host) add-in Outlook on web, both on Chrome and Safari, incognito or normal page and keep receiving this error. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app, anyone knows how to solve this?

    Try removing the add-in and reinstall the add-in again.
     
    It seems a very old add-in.

    Hey Saurav,
    Thank you for your reply. 
    Unfortunately, even tough I have removed the add in for the entire org, the add in button is still there. 
    Can you suggest another way of removing it other than through the admin center?
