Hello Zulfi

If you are referring to the un-posted journal entries in the General Ledger module, then you can view them from the "Account Transactions" Smartlist. To do so, follow the steps below:

Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Smartlist

On the "Financial" series, choose the "Account transactions" smart list

You will have to add a new column, which is "Document Status".

Once added, click on "Search" to filter by the document status = work

Note:

The status for journal entries could be one of the following:

Work > Saved

Open > Posted in an open year

Closed >Posted (Historical)

Hi Zulfi based on some of the questions you've been asking I was curious, are you on currently on GP? The manuals for each module come on the install disk, and viewing transactions is a standard inquiry function where you can select the types of transactions to view. The boxes available to select are work, open and history.

Here's a good place to start that lists all the manuals for all modules, it's come in handy for me more than once :)

Thx Tom,

but after buying just a link was sent to us by the partner and IT person installed the Dynamics 2013....

Company didnt hire training from partner instead single IT person engaged with the limited knowledge..

No guides were given to us except the occasional help of an IT person who knows IT things

not much about the accounting system.....basic entries.........

but i cant complete my task with the basic things...

so all other things i have to search at my own end...........
