We have users who are using shared dashboards on web client. But the same dashboards do not work on phone/tablet client. When they open the dashboard they get the message: No Read Privilege.
They are able to see the shared dashboards and when we tried with the system charts and custom views they were able to access the data in dashboards without any issues. But with custom chart and system views they are not able to access the data in dashboards. Message says: No Read Privilege.
It seems like there is some issue with Read access on custom charts on mobile clients. Is any one else having similar issue?

Can you try sharing the Custom Chart and System Views again and give Read access to the user with whom you are sharing while sharing the chart and views.
