Dear all,

The po that is unsuccessful and log date as 1900-01-01 00:00:00.000 don't record the userid in the po tables.

how can I get the userid who was working with PO because the PO number still exists.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Can you expand on what happened?  What do you mean by unsuccessful?  Which log date are you referring to?  What status is the PO in?

Especially when a user machine shuts down when one is in the middle of doing PO. You cant reuse the number while in the tables the record with the PO number has no user id and has the date 1900-01-01 00:00:00.000. now my question is, can I be able to have the userid who was using that PO.

If it's not in the USER2ENT field in the POP10100 table then there isn't going to be anywhere else the USERID would be stored to show who started that PO.

My client needed to see the user id for all the POs with date 1900-01-01 00:00:00.000 caused by unfortunate happening within GP enviroment. I had checked earlier on table  pop10100 but couldn't see anything on user2enter field. Am not even sure on how one can customize and force the field to record the user2enter field

Typically that would be populated automatically but since there was an interruption and it didn't get populated I'm not aware of a way to repopulate it.

Did you try to check if there are entries reside in SY00801 table?

Maybe you will be able you find some clue from there, who knows. : )

    Almas,

I just need a way to record the user working on a PO as long as the PO number has been recorded on table PO10100 even if the document date is 1900-01-01 00:00:00.000

can do it through a small customization. Dexterity or VBA.
