Error when Report as finished on Product

I am trying to report a formula/production as finished and I am getting the following error:
 
 
This is a new company I am configuring.. I know there is more than enough product in inventory and have done the pick for production.
 
Any thoughts on what I am missing? Any help is appreciated.

    Could you share maybe a screenshot of the parameter settings which being used during the report as finished?
     
    See for example the below screenshot:

    I have set it up this way:
     
     
    It is the item in the formula which clearly has enough inventory to accomodate the order. 
    Any assistance is appreciated

    Hi KateG,
     
    Open the production formula and turn on some Dimensions display for site/warehouse/... and check formula line for the item SC0107. Make sure your on-hand enough qty for this specific site/warehouse/location...which will be consumed based this formula setup when RAF. 
     
    Other checks is also relating to the Per series and Unit conversion of this line (if have).   
    E.g:
