Hi

It is possible to get the data that is shown in under Sales Invoice Statistics into excel or Power BI?

I would like to be able to extract the data that allows me to analayse the gross margin for posted sales invoices, as individual invoices or sales orders.

Best

Niels

ok - but I not need a common reference across the various entries to be able to match costs to the specific order/invoice? It seems that I will need to look up several entries?

Try the value entries and item ledger entries

    Hi

Thanks very much for the replies. That is helpful.

This means that I will need to find the gross sales and adjusted cost of goods sold, and the calculate the gross margin. That is fine.

However, how do I obtain those values at the invoice/order leve? I know where to find them at the aggregate level, but I am interested in analysing at individual order/invoice level.

Hi, As Josh mentioned, the data of this page is calculated when it is opened.
Therefore, if you need to use the value in it, you need to refer to its standard code of calculation steps. I suggest that it will be more convenient to add it directly to the order.

    Hope this helps as well.

    Thanks.

That page can’t be published as a web service and is calculated at the time you access it. This would mean finding out all the calculations and then redoing that in PBI
