Error message - what does this mean?

We use projekt management and suddenly one of our users got this message:

The user can work as usual in CRM, but the message comes up.

He can do settings to not see this again, but It´s strange, because no one in the organization has seen this before.

Not sure if this will help you, but this is related to object type 9206. Object type 9206 seems to be an unresolved recipient. Is this error happening when trying to send or create email?

Read the following and see if it will help.

Is it possible the user is trying to send email and entering unresolved email addresses?

Hi,

thank you for answer.

the user started to get the error message a few days ago. No local updates has been on his computor.

It starts when he login to CRM, and starts to work with the project management, and try to add a contact in a field.

In the message, I don´t understand the messate, if it says that the contact person not excist or anything else.

I know that the user trid to add a contact that´s not registrated, so hopefully I will get information back, if that was the step.

The form field is based on that the contactpersons already is registrated.

It might be that the user tried to add a contactperson that not excists in CRM. The form field he used is connected to already registrated contacts.

Does this issue happen when he tries to add a contact person that does exist in CRM?

Does it happen when in the lookup he clicks on new and adds a new contact and then selects (or the system selects) that existing contact?

I think this is where you issue is, the user adding non-existing contacts. Is he just typing a name or email address? The lookup/activityparty must match to an existing contact.

Pernilla, I would suggest you to contact the User and get the proper knowledge about the issue which User is facing.

I've had a similar error message appear when a user was missing a Security Role on his/her profile. If there are project management-related security profiles, make sure the user has been assigned the correct one.
