just I need to allow view only for the user without delete or edit permissions
You can control this by giving only view rights of that form privilege to user. First you need to find the privilege of barcode form. then edit the privilege if its already be the part of user role or duty.
You must assign proper privileges to duties / roles. For example, you I'm not in error you can assign privilege InventItemBarcodeView to view item bar codes
