Hello,
I'm trying to enable "Add Attach File" on my Entity form. See picture below
however when i checked my form, this option was not reflected.
Is there anything i need to configure to enable this option

If you faced the issue from last month, you may hit the following change. Please add permissions such as "access privilege" or "entity access permission". Otherwise, it would be better for you to raise a support ticket.

If a user doesn't have permission to save attachments no warning is shown and the form is submitted without attached file. After this release, if the user doesn't have permission to save attachments (permissions on annotation entity), then the attach file option will not be shown in Entity/Web forms.
