Hi, Expert

I got an error when use function Open in Excel on General Ledger Entries screen. So before this error occur I've upgraded from BC v20 on-premise to BC v23.7 on-premise but in v20 can export as usual but v23 cannot with the same amount of data. And I've created xml port to export data. It's able to export.
Anyone have seen this issue before?. Please advise me. Thanks in advance.

    Hello Kittamet,

Could you please paste us the error details (AL call stack) if you still have this problem?
I tried to ''Open in Excel'' 25k GLE on the on-prem and SaaS v23 and did not get any error.

    Hello Mustafa,

The error details after copy details say nothing more than detail in the picture above but in v20 on-premise I can export GL Entries with 500K ++ record and file size around 200MB.

and this is error details from event viewer.

    Thank you for your reply
