cant keep the drilled down views of graphs

I am just using the standard dashboards and on a specific graph I am drilling down to show more pertinent information  but I cant seem to save this new view as the newly updated default view.

Is there any way that I can set this newly drilled down grpah as the default to open up instead on the one that is currently on the dashboard graph?

thanks in advance

    Is this a System dashboard?

If so, I advice you to create a new Personal Dashboard and that way you can control which charts and views are default.

It is from a system dashboard but even if I try and create a new dashboard, I can create a sales pipeline of open opportunities but cant drill down on the report to show new_sales_stage until I have saved the "opportunity" graph.

then when the Opporutnity grpah is saved and I 'drill down' I cant save that newly drilled down graph as a default?
