Default custom business process flow on all record creation ways

Hi everyone,

I have a custom Business Process Flow and I have defaulted it on lead create. There is a webapi that created leads from the back end. However, the custom bpf is not defaulted for these leads that were created through the web api.

Is there any way to default the BPF on all the lead creation methods? Even when it is created through the web api?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    1. Open your click Settings -> Processes -> Open your BPF -> Order Process Flow -> Set your BPF to the top of the list to make it the default one.

    2. Check the security roles to see if there are missing security privileges to view this BPF.

    3. Check if the web api request is modifying the processid or somehow setting another BPF then the one you want to have.

    Hope this can help you
