Hi All, I am facing once issue in "Export to excel" functionality in ssrs custom report in MS CRM 2015. In report there is one datetime custom field and one createdon OOB field in the report. When i run my report, all fields are displaying in the report viewer. But when I export it into excel file then my custom datetime field has been missing(header too) in excel file. But when I export into PDF format then all fields are present like report viewer(working fine).
Please suggest any idea to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

Can you check if there is any expression added to set visibility of that column? as we can hide/show the columns on basis of render format. For reference find below link,

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

On the Table's column, right-click and check for the column's visibility settings. It's probably set to an expression that prevents it from being exported.

How this happened to me. I took a base report from the report wizard, then started modifying it. For each date field, CRM report wizard creates two columns with visibility expressions, one for viewing/pdf/print and one for excel. If you deleted the one for excel, and modified the one for viewing only, then the column visibility flag is still set not to export.
