Hi

In our CRM Dynamics instance we have a portal configured, but the form editor is broken:

This translates into the normal editing of Website entities as well.

Should be this:

It happens in all browsers en for all entities.

Can we fix this ourselves ?

    Hi,

You can try to restart your portal and see if it's making any difference. If don't see any change another option to try If you just setup portal and have not done any customization, try to reset your portal and see if it working. docs.microsoft.com/.../reset-portal

If you can't do reset try to contact MS support.

    Hi,

You can also check in different browser , different machine and clear  browser cache before open.

    Hi mpjjonker,

It can be many different reason. Check it:

1- add you CRM site to trusted sites

    if doesn't working than

2-Clean the browser cache and if CRM site in compatibility mode list remove if not add it

last solution that I can advice

3-if you have vanilla CRM export solution an import to your environment

    Hi Michel,

If your form loading good but not editor then its definitely browser issue. try to use the latest version browser or use IE Edge if you are on D365 v9 or above

@Sreevalli de form itself is also not looking good, the sections (similar to the ones in the screenshot) are not rendered at all...

    Hi Michel,

It looks like a browser issue. Could you please check if any other user is able to see this fine ( some other admin user on his own system).
