Dear Team,

I have requirement to consolidate multiple quote from multiple opportunity in one quote.

We have bellow type of opportunity.

Opp1. Product A (pricelist A)(Quote A)(Customer 1)

Opp2. Product B (pricelist B)(Quote B)(Customer 1)

Opp3. Product C (pricelist C)(Quote B)(Customer 1)

Here above you can see i have common customer with different product, quote and pricelist.

Here i need to print the single quote for all above three opportunity's/quotes.

How can i achive it.

    Abhijit,

First of All, CRM does not support multiple price list in one Quote or Opportunity, you see you have 3 quotes there with different price.

But, you can achieve this by at least create 1 default price list that consist of product A, B, and C.

See the detail of Default Product List here:

    missdynamicscrm.blogspot.com/.../10-facts-about-default-price-list-in-CRM2011-2013-that-you-might-not-have-noticed.html

And then for your query, since CRM concept is 1 Opportunity multiple quotes, so basically, 1 Opportunity can have 3 Quotes, not 1 Quote 3 Opportunities.

If you need so then you can customize.

But, my suggestion at first can you try to revert back the concept to what CRM OOB has?

Instead of you make 3 Opportunities 3  Quotes then you want to make single Quote on it....

Try to make 1 Opportunity, with 3 Quotes.

    1. Then you play with the SSRS, create a Report on the Opportunity and retrieve all related Quote

    2. Or easier way is you create 1 more Quote with combination of those Product, use the default price list that can combine those items in 1 price list as the Quote Price List, should it work.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi Aileen Gusni ,

I got the solution. I can have multiple price list in single opportunity.

Here first i have to select price list and then related product. Again i will change the price list and select other item. Hence as per my previous question to travel price list name from opportunity to opportunity product worked. Here i can keep track that from which price list which item is taken.

Here when i select existing product my price list value is not been traveled from opportunity to opp product, but when i take write-in product the price list value is traveled using N:1 relationship.

So i had written one simple business rule, where if the user select write-in product, the opened form will treat it as existing product. By this user can select product from selected price list.

But i am in next issue. When my price list is traveled from Opp to Opp Product and if the user change the price list in opp product the existing product look up should also refresh with selected price list in opp product instead to remain same which is choose on main opp form.

Please revert if u get any answer.

You can write create/update plugin on opp product to update price list to opportunity if required.

    Thanks

    Hi Abhijit,

You can use odata (javascript) or plugin to update back the Opportunity form.

But, again you want to make everytime changes in opp product would reflect to the opp form?
