What file format and size is recommended for Business Central customer and vendor facing documents?

There is really no recommendation for this but it should not be too large, then it will not fit in the designated area of the reports where it is used.

I think if you keep it around 60mmx40mm then it will look pretty nice on most reports.

Try some different variants and look how they appear on different reports and documents.

Png file or jpeg file is most common to use.

Hi, as Inge mentioned, this is not recommended, but you can refer to the pictures in the Demo database.

For example, it is a jpg file, and size is 400 * 400.
