Dynamics Commerce Dev OneBox VHD v10.0.43

Good afternoon,
 
I'm setting up a new commerce development environment on a VHD VM as per these very useful guides:
 
Authentication seems to be working, but activating Store Commerce fails with:
 
 
There is no data to initialize the extensible enumeration type. The enumeration type name: Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.DataModel.ExtensibleRetailChannelType. Run Initialize in Retail headquarters Commerce parameters and run the CDX job 1110 .

  • initialised Commerce Scheduler
  • initialised Commerce parameters for USRT
  • executed schedule 9999
 
Has anyone else encountered similar with v10.0.43?
